No matter what I set this value to:

Running time per fuel units (time in seconds)​

If I add 20 Diesel Fuel, it will be 40 minutes of waiting.  Does this parameter work?

I tried 10, 5, 20, - nothing changes the amount of time that it takes for 20 Diesel Fuel. Thanks


Also, "Charge needed for supply drop (0 to use default of 600sec)" - I changed this to 300, it is taking way longer than 5 minutes for the charge to occur. After 12 minutes it is only at 63%. Thanks

Just tested and yes, still works fine.
dont forget to set "Enable fuel modifier": true,  and to reload the plugin everytime the config is changed
"Charge needed for supply drop (0 to use default of 600sec)"  also works fine.  when setting to 300  , it takes 5 minutes to to go from 0% to 100%
