Player start the Mine or Excavetur become the messege have i do my config wrong ?!
"Clear excavator lock after all player from team/clan disconnect ": false,   bevor report was true
"Clear excavator lock after player owner disconnect": true, bevor report false

Its the same message if you use "player owner disconnect" or "team/clan disconnect"
the message shown above are for the mining quarry, not the excavator.  (plugin public quarry lock)
It just mean that the player that starter the quarry disconnected from server and quarry was unlocked

but the player was online his photo ! i was reportet its by mine and excavetur the same problem

I will doublecheck. 
can you send the files  oxide/data/excavatorlock.json   and  oxide/data/PublicQuarryLock.json

I have an idea why this append
try to enable the log file in config to capture some case where it append
"Debug": true,
"Log to file": true

after it appened a couple of time, please sent the file in log/ExcavatorLock
if you can send me the config files also

Was able to duplicate the problem and release new version for both.  thanks for reporting the problem !
