Hi!

Im running a pve server and have a problem that the same players occupies the excavator all the time.
Have added a 12 hour cooldown, but it would also be nice if you could add a function that blocks you from adding more fuel unless you stop the engine.  The  cooldown appears only if the excavator stop.
Modify fuel amount allowed i can do with stacksizes but for now i dont have any tool to prevent players adding more fuel while its running.

the parameter

"Enable engine loot after it is started to add diesel": false,​

is there to prevent player from adding more diesel after the engine is started.
