could you please fix the refueling blocking function? if it is enabled, the owner cannot enter the tank, but the others can, and they can pick it up, thanks ;)

sorry, I created a topic without personal tests, just before installing the update I tried to reproduce the situation with the player, but he could no longer get into the tank, but since you fixed something, it means that something was still there :)
