Would it be possible to impliment somthing similar to this but to public pumpjacks?

It would be possible, but there is no call back from oxide when the mining quarry or pump jack stop when fuel is exausted or output is full.
It would need to use different method then callback to make it work. Or change oxide to have a callback when it stop by itself.
