I restart my servers every morning and some players complain that the lights all have to be switched on again.

Is there a way to have the lights turn back on automatically when the server restarts?

This started happening again on my server. Unsure if this is on my end completely or if this needs addressed in the plugin again, but it happens 100% of the time. After each server restart all the configured deployables are turned off. Not preferable.

No such issue, I restarted once and it worked fine.
Possible plugin conflict, as the documentation says the plugin will conflict with a similar plugin to QuickSmelt

And yet almost everyone uses QuickSmelt.. alright. I see how this is going. Using a different plugin it is then. LOL.

Yes, QuickSmelt overrides the default behavior of the furnace, but it does not add hooks to the furnace

Don't worry about it at this point unless someone else cares. I found an alternative solution already. This can be mark as solved.
