using "/reduce collectable true" will remove all collectables from the world(hemp, pumpkin, corn, ores and wood), so yes. if you enable that option those item won't spawn on the world

mostly, but the plugin haves different options you can use, for a regular server i would turn on the options chickens, dead logs and driftwoods
dead logs are those that spawn in forests
driftwoods are the beachside dead trees
