Thank you for a well-made and good looking plugin (the GUI is quite nice)! This really makes it easy to find and play the in-game effects.

Just a few suggestions:
- Command to apply effects to another player. Also a dev hook to do so, such that it can be triggered automatically by other plugins.
- The UI panel width cuts off the prefab name of a few effects: namely footsteps, jumping, impacts, and vehicle glass.
- "Page left" button is always darkened / "Page right" button is always brightened, regardless of which page is active.

Search function doesn't seem to work.

Smoke / flies / suppy drop effects seem to never end once starting to play, until disconnect.
