Can someone help to setup Econimics system on my server. I setup shop system but i cant figured how players earn money/rp. I trying kill npcs, animasl or pick wood/stone/etc. my balance is not increasing.

Is there a settings for that or another plugin to working with Econimics?

Take a look at the top of economics page. Most of those used by links are plugins that make possible to earn or spent money by economics and much more when you look for paid plugins.
