New players are no longer receiving the set starting balance when first joining the Server. Everything else is working fine. I have confirmed the correct info is in the config file;
"Starting account balance (0 or higher)": 1000,

There isn't any balance handling when they connect, it's when their balance is first utilized/checked/etc. This hasn't changed. The first time they check their balance or it is added to, the starting amount would be added to it.
