But commands like /balance are not working for admins or players

Commands are handled by Oxide, them not working at all would mean an issue with Oxide, but I'd suggest checking your logs to verify when used if you see no reply in chat.

Do you get any reply when used?

Super strange. From the telnet window I can check peoples balances. But when a player types "/balance" in game nothing happens and nothing shows up in the telent window/log either except that "Player said: /balance"

Have you verified chat commands were working for plugins before?

If you referring to the issues I was having ealier yesterday/today no. This is the first time I am checking to see if they work. 

Very odd, as chat commands seem to be working fine, but for some reason these aren't in this game. I'll have to test a look to see why they aren't.
