For some time now I have had the problem that the balance is reset every time I start the server. for example one player had 45k after wipe. played this up to 51k. after restarting the server it was back to 45k

That would mean that the server was not saved before restart. Make sure to save!

however, the server saves at regular intervals i restart the server it works. but not if i wipe the server

This would only happen if the server wasn't saved or wasn't accessible to be saved to. The plugin saves its data when the server saves.

hm..i will test this the next days. try restarts every day and wipe on saturday.

I tested it. today after the restart 47k.
have farmed to 49k.
49k is also shown to me in the game.
but not in data \ economics.
there is the old amount in there.
only after I reloaded the plugin did the amount update.
and yes, I made sure that the server saves or runs it manually

with the old version v.3.8.5 it works for me!!!

There was no change between those versions that affects saving.

Works now. i delete the old version and update again to the latest.

no idea what it was. now it shows me that economics saves also when saving
