I was wondering if it's possible to have a feature like this:

- Deposit money after server wipe: true / false
- Groups to deposit money on: "group, group1, group2"
( So, If you set it to true, players on group X will receive X amount of money after server wipe or after economics.json file from data folder is erased. I should be able to choose the amount of money and the group that will receive the permission / money.  )

Something like this in config:
Groups to add money after server wipe / data file deleted: "donator, default, vip",
Amount of money for first oxide group set: X < Donator
Amount of money for second oxide group set: X < Default
Amount of money for third oxide group set: X < VIP

If this isn't possible or author don't want to do it, no problem, it's just a suggestion ;)

Those wouldn't be within the scope of this plugin. This plugin is just an API for other plugins to utilize, which another plugin could easily be written to provide those features and functionality.
