I'm not sure exactly what caused this issue, but I suspect it was due to having a paste file which had IO connections that are now considered invalid. For example, I read in the patch notes that the IO connection slots on the electric furnace were removed.

ok I put update in for DynamicWireColors and MonumentAddons and don't see a change, but the issue I think I had was that I had mapastes that had the old IO connections. I removed them and all the other things came back, like magic.
