Have Dynamic PVP, Zone Manager and TruePVE

Trying to make a several Custome PVP Zones on the map that in Open Area's for players to test bases.

Getting the dome to show, but can't get the PVP to work relaibly

Not getting any error meesages and documentation does not fully explain process.
Is is possible to provide step by step instructions? 

Create the zone by "dynpvp add", then modify the zone in this plugin data file (edit it after unloading the plugin)
