I enabled these settings:

"Enable PVP Delay": true,
"PVP Delay Time": 10.0,

But it just says entering and leaving, there is no message or timer that says you are still in PVP mode for 10 seconds.

im using this but its not showing the pvp delay when i exit a pvp zone goes straight to pve, is there any way to fix this?

It's always working...
Make sure your zone is a Dynamic PVP zone and that PVP delay is enabled
