It would be nice if the increase would hold for a fixed time (eg. 30 mins) before lowering again, instead of yo-yo-ing up and down.
Perhaps its my settings causing this, but it is constantly jumping up and down.

Isn't that how often it increases or decreases? I'm saying to seperate these out. Eg, to check every 5 minutes if the pop needs to increase, but only to check every 60 minutes if it needs to decrease for example. Basically to stop the pop yo-yo-ing up and down like it does currently.
