As if today, It say I don't have permission to use this mod. How can I re-add permission for myself to use this mod?

I have admin and mod permissions but it still isn't working.

That's all it checks for, so I'd double-check that you are indeed set as owner (auth level 2) with the server. If it randomly started saying you didn't have permission, then I would assume your auth level changed.
