I cannot pick up a drone with a turret on it.
Tried it with the stash plugin before. No problem there.

The turret has to be picked up before the turret can be. This check is intentionally coded into the plugin to avoid losing a turret item by accident. Such a check was not coded into the drone storage plugin since the stash cannot be picked up directly.

I tried all variations. On, off with weapon in it and off without weapon.

I just updated my above post. I remembered that the turret has to be removed first, which was intentional. The exception is if it's an NPC turret since those can't be picked up.

What behavior do you expect? Would you like the turret to automatically be added to the player inventory when the drone is picked up? That's how car turrets works when you remove a module that has a turret on it.
