Gday i installed Drone-Settings and it saved as RidableDrones_hVdQK.cs in plugins. 

There is NO Json in Config under the name RidableDrones_hVdQK.

I Do have Ridable Drones installed however so I am confused as to if this is a naming error or something? ? 

Are you using some third party downloader? Download directly from uMod, won't have this issue.

its ok i was looking for the file in the config and turns out it is in plugins.
