Can you elaborate on how to name the drone? I have it within range of my TC. I have a hammer but I can't figure out how to name the drone.

When you look at it, a prompt will appear that says "Set ID". Then you press interact key (E) and type in the name, just like CCTV. If there is an attachment blocking it, you may have to aim at the corner of the drone.
