For testing purposes, on my test server, I set chance to get sick from spoiled or uncooked meat to 100%. I ate uncooked and spoiled meat and no disease...

I changed the disease name to Salmonela and I changed that in the Diseases.json.

A correction. It does appear to be causing me to get sick, but there's no UI and no chat messages.
