Does the plugin work with entities like boar.corpse, bear.corpse, horse.corpse, wolf.corpse and the animal entities like boar, bear, horse, wolf? That would open a brand new world of possibilites!!

I haven't tested it, but I don't think the disease will be able to spread from or to corpses simply because diseases get removed upon death. However, they 100% work with all the animal entities, though just a heads up I would wait a bit before getting too invested in that idea because there are some significant changes coming to that area that you may find interesting ;)
