Does this plugin let you know when you're infected? If so, how?  Might not be a bad idea to have a little "disease" image that shows when you're infected.  Take a look at the Vanish plugin.  When you're vanished, a little ghost at the bottom of the screen is shown.

Currently, there is a configurable option to that notifies you if you have been infected. I 100% agree with you, an indicator of an active disease would be ideal, I plan to add this soon :)
