That link goes to version 1.4.0 and on uMod site its also version 1.4.0, so it seems the dev did update the plugin, but this guys' local copy may be outdated.

pretty sure that's because it's a patch and not and official update. 
that being said, I installed DiscordStatus.cs from that link and haven't gotten the  'Activities' error and the bot works fine now.
