After a certain amount of attempts maybe add a wait? Im not familiar with c# unfortunately. I think the spamming might cause a memory leak.

*Spams Discord Api like crazy trying to connect when discord api goes down

joining the chorus; experiencing the same issue... unloaded the DLL and Rustcord for now until resolved.

go to rustdedicated_data/managed/Oxide.exe.discord.dll and delete the Oxide.exe.discord.dll. you will lose your discord to server stuff but it will stop it from crashing until and update is put out there.

Same issue. Crashed my server. Had to unload the plugin. 

...and there was me thinking it was just me! I really should have checked here first ;)

i am getting this error spammed in console [Discord Extension] [Warning]: Discord WebSocket closed with abnormal close code. Code: 1015, reason: An exception has occurred while connecting. and my bot shows offline. i have never had any issues with this plugin until now.

Does anyone know how to notify MJSU through the thread? He should be able to get the notification quicker

Crashed my server too - removed the discord extension until it's patched.

im having some issues with the bot also its currently not showing online.

it seems alot of people are having this same issue, just yesterday the bot was fine and today it closes and reopens like normal but just stays shutdown and spams console.
