Hey Tricky this is happening to me as well today. It was so bad I had to remove Rustcord so it would stop the disconnects for my players. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Yesterday evening I started getting this spam, it repeats every 5 minutes and when it happens it lags the server.
I don't recall changing anything.
How can I resolve this ?

Same problem just happen to me yesterday out of no where. If anyone can help us that would be amazing!
that's the extension limiting how fast shit goes to Discord so Discord doesn't ban your bot.
I been seeing this since yesterday also across all of my servers.
