What do the send mode options mean?  Always and Random  Are there any more options?  Is it possible to only send when the command is entered?

The send options were a request. If set to random it allows only 1 message to be picked that is in the random send mode to be sent. Some admins want different messages per wipe instead of the same one every time.

So you don't want the automated send you only want to manually send the message?

It would be nice to have the option.  Today when I wiped my servers it was sending messages before the servers were ready.  I changed the map and it sent the message but I still had some stuff to set up on the server like warps, ports, and I also had to make some edits to my factions map because of the new map.  I have been looking to automate some of the wipe processes but I am not there yet.  So for my other server, I uninstalled Discord Wipe until I was ready for it to send the message then I installed it and sent the message from the console. 

I've added the ability to control if the protocol and wipe message should be sent automatically in version 2.2.1. You can find it under "Send wipe message when server wipes" & "Send protocol message when server protocol changes".
