Please add option to keep channels active for teammates even when they are not in the game until the team is disbanded. 

Teammates like this does not get disconnected when their game for example crashes or when they leave for a quick break...

and voice channels can be removed when their team is disbanded or with a server wipe...

it works kind of but channels were not being deleted after wipe and there were alot of dupes
