I have no errors in the console, roles sync works fine, but names syncing does not work.

Have you confirmed the bot has permission to change user nicknames?

i mean, manage nicknames is in blocked permissions when i look at connect tab, but it has an admin rights, that should override it isnt it?

edit: ok i managed to give it "manage nicknames" permissions, tried to reconnect, reload discord roles but still nothing
