I'm using Discord Roles and discord core, how can I automatically assign discord Roles/oxcide groups? So players dont need to send a "code" to the discord bot.

That is not possible. There is no way to know the connection between steam id and discord id without the user doing some kind of link action. DiscordCore uses the code to perform that functionality.
