anyone else getting "FAILED TO SEND REQUEST CODE 404?"

This is probably a user-error as a 404 error would indicate that the webhook url does not exist or the channel of the webhook does not exist.

Make sure that all plugins that utilize this plugin has a correct webhook url configured.
