Hi,
Would it be possible for the plugin to support thread_IDs as well as Channel_IDs so I can be used with the new forum feature from Discord?
This worked in v0.2.1 but after updating to v0.2.2 (I was that far behind :D) it no longer works for thread_IDs. 

Use case: You can use forums with multiple logging plugins to create a clean and granular approach without cluttering up a server with multiple channels.
