I just downloaded the plugin and placed the .cs file in my plugin directory. The plugin does not appear to be loading and gave me this msg in rcon

"Oxide.Ext.Discord is referenced by DiscordCore plugin but is not loaded! An appropriate include file needs to be saved to plugins/include/Ext.Discord.cs if this extension is not required"

No config file was auto created so I can't change any settings. 

You need to install the Discord extension, as shown on the plugin page under "Requires".
