Permission is applied however player continues to take radiation damage.

I have restarted plugin, checked I am a memger of the group with this permission. Its a pretty straight forward plugin not much else I can test.

I will have to look into the messages on the screen, however this plugin does not remove the sound at this time. It will only remove the radiation poisioning.
