Unlikely as not many develop for Reign of Kings anymore. It currently has no maintainer, and has not for quite some time.
I can see why but i wish there would be more :(. Wouldn't make it more sense to simply delete this plugin from the page then as it is not available?
Well, this way it still allows for plugin devs to see it's unmaintained and pick it up if they feel like it.
Speaking of which, if you'll allow me wulf, I'll see if I can make it working again, or if it's obsolete altogether.

Thanks. I have an update ready, though, from what I have seen in the plugin, I don't think it will be very effective. Then again, I haven't used it myself yet and atm not able to do testing for it.
