Today, one of my players bled out by his yolo movement. He bled out but the death notes showed userA killed userA with their . 

No errors, no log errors or rcon client errors to be found. 

Does anyone else have the same issue?

Can you check if you have a message with the damage type "Bleeding" configured please?

hello there. 

The configuration file did not have such an option. However, there was a user on the forums here who was kind enough to share his config. From there, i managed what I had to do to change this message. It worked ( as of from yesterday night tho because I spent a lot of time to fix issues with color codes. :P on edits i made. )
