I was wondering on how to go about disabling the deathnotes message of when a player kills an animal at xxx meters. I am ok with the other messages displaying.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Just change (or remove) the appropriate Death Message output block in the config/DeathNotes.json file, depending on what you're looking to do here.
