tried the plugin,t he command /day7 doesnt work and get the error

I think I know whats wrong some things changed in the new Oxide version for command handling so I need to update the plugin to reflect that.  Will have update out shortly after I test it

Only change was your hook change for OnServerCommand. ;)

You haven't posted any errors, what you posted in the first post has nothing to do with running the command and isn't actually an error. Compiler warnings (from the compiler log, only logged when the plugin is initially loaded) are just warnings, generally style warnings not issues.
