First DT we had this wipe, it spawned under the feet of the fisherman village vendor (with the guards spawning in under the docks, in the water). I thought I had them blacklisted, but something changed. When set to only/sometimes spawn at POIs, it can show up at substations that are built right next to safe zones. When I set it to NOT spawn at POIs, it can still sometimes spawn just outside of safezones. We've had issues where the DT spawns just outside of the ranch, the guards aggro on the vendor and endlessly shoot. If you engage the guards, the ranch turrets shred you. 

Can we get all the safezones automatically blacklisted? Can we also get a built-in check so it won't spawn within x meters of any safezone?
