i cant seem to find the option to reset list at wipe or map change ? , it didnt reset for this wipe

There's no option, this is automatic. Unfortunately it seems that it doesn't work for some. Let me know if this is fixed in the next update (2.0.5).

I wont know till the next wipe, i am not going to wipe server just to test it out, would be easier for servers owners if it was an option but maybe not for you :) (to do)
