Ah i see what your saying now. Yeah, adding permission checks for players to see if damages are modified or not, would give the plugin much more versatility that just the "All or Nothing" damage modifiers.
Originally I did not want to add anything but a simple mod as adding perm checks every time player takes damage can have more a performance impact. but ill test it out and see :)
