So I gave this plugin a go and it seems like it'll replace a number of other plugins I use, which is awesome. But will this prevent decay outside of the TC radius? It'd be a drag to have a bunch of misc objects stuck allover the place.

Plugin currently blocks the damage without respect to if its in TC radius or not.
I can add a config to check deployable and see if its in TC radius or not.
That would be a great. Most of the items I chose are small. Like candles and strobe lights. But I'm pretty sure they would still prevent building.

running a few checks. it does prevent decay inside or outside TC range by default. I added the new option to allow decay outside TC range.
