i am wondering if you would be able to add a sam ammo modifier to increase the damage of helicopters and ch47s. this might be possible or not but i use a mod that makes sams shoot them. thanks for reading this

Damage Control has focused on the target and type of damage. It does not look at the source of the damage as that would make the already way to big config unmanagable. There are two source damage modifier program on umod: https://umod.org/plugins/individual-damage-controller and https://umod.org/plugins/weapon-damage-scaler Hopefully one of those will be able to do what you need.
