Would you be able to add an option to set the multipliers for the rideable horses?

They are considered the same as horses.  You need them treated differently?

I changed the multipliers for horse settings and rideable horses were still taking damage. All the other multipliers were working fine for minicopter, hot air balloon, etc, just not the rideable horses. Also, would it be possible to add rowboats and rhibs? I run a PVE server and players are able to destroy each others vehicles and this plugin is perfect for it, but there's no multiplier for both boat types. Hope i'm not asking for too much.

I will look into why it is not working.  They change the naming of test ridable to be a different ai.  Working on a fix.
