I think I got same problem with different plugin StackSizeController

I have unloaded the CustomSkinsStacksFix plugin. So far so good. There were no more conflicts. Thank!

When splitting items with skins some items disappear.

Yes. Solution : Unload this plugin. khan's StackModifier plugin already fixes the Custom Skins stack issue. You don't need this plugin if you are using StackModifier.

I already have khan's StackModifier plugin.

I fixed it by removing the CustomSkinsStacksFix plugin.
