Does this mean if i set

All to 1 they will all decay outside TC range at a normal rate, but then set prevent decay in TC range to "true", that these settings will be over ridden and nothing will decay INSIDE TC range?

I really need a mod that can do this. "CupboardNoDecay" no longer works and just removes decay completely!
