I am having trouble getting anything outside of the TC to decay with other mods. Server decay settings are normal other than upkeep being turned off. If i turn it on eventhing in TC range decays without resources too. I dont know what is happening anymore lol! I was running this mod till after the update and it appeared to stop working. Maybe i need to check the updates now i think about it ill let you know!

Yeah still not working. Its either everything decays or nothing. Even with the default settings. I have no idea whats going on lol! It was all fine till after the last wipe. Then things just stopped decaying outside of TC range.
