What is the name of the data file for this plugin?

There is no data file. All is in memory.

How is it in "memory"? How does it retain this info between daily server restarts?

It doesn't, when the plugin is loaded it look through all placed TCs to build up his internal data.

A data file that shows the player's TC so I don't have to be on the server to check.

You can download the new version (1.7.1), the command "tc" is now available from the console.

You can put several ids or playernames (can be partial). Note that if the command say that it cannot get the BasePlayer, I can't do anything
