The plugin does good with telling you how many TCS you have to place or have placed.  But it does not tell you when the max has been hit. can this be fixed ?

There's nothing to fix, it's not a feature.
If you want this to be added, you better do a suggestion instead of asking for a fix.

Also, if I add this feature, please note that if the plugin is started and a player already reached the limit, the date will be plugin load date. This will happen if you restart the server, or if you (re)load the plugin.
